Medical
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is pleased to offer medical insurance through Excellus BlueCross BlueShield (BCBS). The Excellus BCBS BluePPO Plan is a comprehensive medical plan that gives employees the flexibility to receive the care they want from the provider they want, without the need to select a primary care physician or to obtain referrals for service. The BluePPO Plan is a network-based program that features an in-network and out-of-network component, which offers you a high level of flexibility when seeking covered medical services.
Excellus BluePPO Benefits & CoverageBluePPO Benefit Summary
Telemedicine
Excellus includes a telemedicine option, MDLive, at no additional cost to members. This virtual program allows you to visit independently contracted board-certified doctors when you need care. These doctors may be able to send prescriptions to nearby pharmacies, and there is no copay for this service.
Examples of non-emergency issues that could be resolved via telemedicine:

Prescription Drug Coverage
When you sign up for health insurance, you receive prescription benefits through OptumRX. In addition to lower copays, you can save time and money by using their mail-order prescription program.
Dental Benefits
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø employees can take advantage of dental insurance through Delta Dental with both in-network and out-of-network options available.
Vision Benefits
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø offers vision benefits through the Guardian Vision Plan. This plan provides access to affordable, quality vision coverage that includes annual eye exams and materials, including glasses and contacts.
Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Each year during the open enrollment period, employees can set aside up to $3,200 per year in a healthcare flexible spending account. The account is funded with pre-tax payroll deductions and can be used for reimbursement of employee and/or dependent out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. Any money not been used by the end of the plan year will be forfeited.
ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s Healthcare FSA is administered by Lifetime Benefit Solutions.

Cancer Care Insurance
Employees with cancer care insurance through AFLAC would receive cash benefits if they receive a cancer diagnosis as well as throughout treatment and after-care. Covered individuals who participate in covered cancer wellness screenings also receive $75 per calendar year.
