Robust fitness facilities and programming contribute to the health and wellness of the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø community.

Trudy Fitness Center  

The two-floor facility features cardio equipment including treadmills, stationary bicycles, and ellipticals on the upper floor. Strength and weight training equipment are located on the lower floor.

Access and Memberships

The Trudy Fitness Center is free and open to all ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø students, faculty, and staff.  Community members may purchase a membership or day pass at the Huntington Equipment Room.

Fitness Programming

During the academic year drop-in group fitness classes are offered and are led by certified instructors. Options include spinning, yoga, interval training,  and much more. 

Classes in the ’gate Fitness schedule are free to students, faculty, staff, and fitness center members. 

In collaboration with the Department of Human Resources, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Recreation offers a series of group exercise classes tailored to fit into a busy workday. Focus on Fitness programming is free and open to ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø employees and their spouses/domestic partners.

While employees receive registration priority, some classes may be opened to other gym members for a registration fee.
