Sophomore running back Nate Eachus ran for 98 yards and two touchdowns as the No. 23-ranked ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø Raiders defeated Princeton 21-14 in double overtime on ESPNU. Eachus scored on a pair of two-yard touchdown runs in both the first and second overtime periods.
The game was a battle of wills, as both defenses played spectacular football. ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø held Princeton scoreless for over 50 minutes before Princeton quarterback Tommy Wornham threw a 31-yard touchdown pass to Trey Peacock with 9:45 remaining in the fourth quarter, tying the game 7-7.
On the other side, the Princeton defense did not allow a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø runner to reach over 100 yards. It marks only the second time since 2006 that a ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø runner did not reach the century mark in rushing yards.
