BRiDGES EAP is a workplace benefit that provides assessment, referral, and short-term counseling to employees and their immediate family members. All callers will receive up to five free sessions per issue per year with an EAP professional for confidential support.

BRiDGES is available by phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 315-697-3947. In-person, virtual, and phone sessions are available by .

Should you need assistance after 5 p.m. you can still  call  BRiDGES at 315-697-3947. You may leave a message and your call will be returned during regular business hours. Evening appointments are available by appointment only. In the event of a crisis Behavioral Health Telemedicine through Excellus and HigherED EAP are available 24/7, please see below to contact them. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911.

Madison County Mental Health Department (315-366-2327, option 1), The mental health department offers a crisis line 24 hours a day. You can call 315-366-2327 and press 1. During business hours, this line goes to office staff, where clients may ask to speak to an available clinician. Individuals are also seen at the office on an emergency, walk-in basis.

Virtual Fidelity appointments can be scheduled online at (search vlog and virtual appointments) or by calling 800-642-7131.

Appointments are available on the following dates: September 20,  October 15, November 12, and December 10 

New Retirement Participant with Fidelity Don't forget to create your NetBenefits online account. 

Go to and click “Register as a new user.” Follow the instructions to set your unique username and password. Then log in to see the features of your vlog Defined Contribution Retirement Plan account. Remember: Don’t reuse passwords and avoid weak, commonly used passwords.

Virtual TIAA appointments can be scheduled or by calling 800-732-8353.

First-time to TIAA- Register and then log in at . Select ready to enroll. You will need to complete the enrollment process for both the Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (Employer & Mandatory) and the vlog Defined Contribution Retirement Plan (employee Voluntary).

To register for an appointment:

  1. Log in to Virgin Pulse through the CUWell website; sign in on the vlog Portal
  2. Select Benefits at the top of the page
  3. Select View All
  4. Scroll down to select LabCorp
  5. Select Start Now
  6. Select Continue under Onsite Screening
  7. Select vlog under location in the Search box
  8. Under Date select the calendar icon to scroll through the year; scheduled dates are highlighted with a green dot
  9. Select your date
  10. Select your time and specific time slot
  11. Select Schedule Appointment
