ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø

As Director of University Writing, I support writing in the Core and across the curriculum more broadly. I host workshops for faculty, curate resources, offer feedback on writing assignment design and pedagogy, and work with departments and programs on curricular writing initiatives.

I previously served as ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø’s Director of the Writing and Speaking Center from 2006 to 2023 and continue to work closely with faculty and staff of the WSC. I also regularly teach First-Year Seminars and writing courses in the Department of Writing and Rhetoric.

My interests include students’ transition from high school to college writing, generative AI and implications for authorship and writing pedagogy, stylistics and rhetoric, and linguistic justice.
