Esther Rosbrook graduated with a business degree from the University of Indonesia, a master of science in education from the State University College at Buffalo, a master of psychology from ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, and a doctoral degree in organizational leadership from Northeastern University. Over two decades of professional expertise, Rosbrook has traversed various roles within international and multinational corporations, specializing in international relations, finance, employee development, and marketing communication. Before transitioning to her current role at the ALANA Cultural Center in 2019, Rosbrook served on ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø's residential life team and the Department of Romance Languages and Literatures. Rosbrook is a trained intergroup dialogue facilitator, delivers workshops and training sessions on multiculturalism, student leadership, social justice, and anti-racism initiatives, and together with her team, advises more than 20 multicultural student organizations, enriching their experiences and amplifying their voices within the university community.
