We would like to plan with you for any reasonable accommodations you may need at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø.
If you are an incoming student who is not yet registered with our office but would like to request academic adjustments/accommodations, please complete the . Along with your request, please be prepared to upload current documentation. Depending on the nature of the condition, students are asked to provide sufficient and complete documentation from their medical provider, psychologist, former academic institution, and/or other appropriate professionals. Keep in mind that policies and practices may be quite different from what you experienced in high school or another institution you attended previously.
To receive consideration for an accessible housing assignment, incoming students are required to submit an accessible housing application (for new students only). For complete information, please view the accessible housing page.
