Hosting Summer Programs at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø

Every summer, thousands of people descend upon ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø and Hamilton, N.Y., for a variety of rich, engaging activities, including arts and sports camps for children and young adults, conferences, and weddings.

 

Additionally, the village hosts nearly 300 ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø students for research projects, volunteer work, summer employment, and the OUS Summer Institute. More than 2,000 alumni return for Reunion and other programs, and more than 2,500 potential students visit the University with their families.

Thanks to the natural beauty of the Chenango Valley and the ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø campus, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is the ideal host for many activities. Located about 10 miles from the geographic center of New York state, ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø is only one hour from the . To make travel arrangements as easy and as affordable as possible, the University has contracted with First Transit to offer the On-Demand Shuttle Service, a service available to all camp and conference guests.

If you host your camp or conference at ÌÇÐÄvlog¹ÙÍø, the entire University is at your disposal. Its air-conditioned libraries and study areas; its ample athletics facilities, including an Olympic-sized swimming pool with a retractable roof; tennis courts; a fitness center; miles of wooded paths for running or walking; a boathouse; an 18-hole championship golf course; computer facilities and wireless access throughout campus; all the resources of a major university are ours.
